When can I expect my order?

Online orders can take up to 5 working days. For wholesale orders please allow 14 days

Can I return my order, Can I have a refund?

Returns can be posted at your own cost. If your product does not return in the condition we sent it, your money will not be refunded and your product will be sent back to you.

How do I apply for wholesale? Can I become a stockist?

Send us an email about your shop, let us know what other brand you stock, where you are based and perhaps send us some images of your store so we can get a feel for who you are and what you do.

How do I become an official ambassador?

We are always looking for ambassadors to help us promote Narcotic Essentials online. Drop us an email and let us know who you are and what you can offer. We would love to put an attractive package together for you.

Can I have some free samples to review on my blog/vlog?

We only have a small quota of freebies we send to bloggers each month, please apply by sending us your blog/social media details.
